Management Games

Research shows that hands-on exposure engages employees in the learning process and translates into outcomes more aligned with business results. The Management Game was built to allow managers that hands-on opportunity to practice management strategies in a fun, friendly, competitive, and enjoyable atmosphere. The Management Game sharpens skills around coaching for a specific performance gap, a values misalignment, and employee development. The simulation also addresses selecting for talent.   The "friendly competition" allows for individual and team winners. 

 

The Management Game activities help participants to:
